At Cherniqua Creates, we will gladly accept returns within 15 days of your original purchase. After 15 days, we cannot accept returns. If you need to return something, please request a return authorization number by contacting our customer service department.
This number must be requested within 15 days of receipt of merchandise and must be requested prior to shipping back the product. Any products received without a return authorization cannot be accepted. Please note that pictures may be required prior to a return authorization number being issued.
The return authorization number must be referenced on the shipping label. Please do not write on the product boxes. No returns and/or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise has been used or if original boxes are marked, written on, damaged, or have stickers on them. Returns must be received back to our facility within 30 days of receipt of merchandise in the same packaging and condition as originally shipped.
It is the sender’s responsibility to package the returned product securely to prevent damage in transit, as well as to insure the package. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the sender.
All returns are subject to a restocking charge of 20% of the product total, excluding cases of a defective product, product damaged in shipment, or product received not as ordered.
Refunds are processed within 30 days after the return is received. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the product was received defective, damaged in shipment, or not shipped as ordered.
No returns or exchanges will be accepted if merchandise was custom produced, including custom size, custom color, custom printed, or custom-built supplies or equipment.
